By purchasing a subscription product from XARA Shilajit, you agree to the following subscription terms and authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

HOW SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK

When you purchase a subscription, you will automatically receive recurring deliveries at the frequency selected during checkout.

Your payment method will be automatically charged before each scheduled shipment unless you cancel, pause, or modify your subscription.

Subscription discounts and promotional pricing are offered in exchange for recurring deliveries.

BILLING AUTHORIZATION

By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly authorize XARA Shilajit to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected during checkout until you cancel your subscription.

Charges will continue automatically unless canceled by the customer.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Customers may:

  • Cancel subscriptions

  • Pause subscriptions

  • Skip upcoming deliveries

  • Update billing information

  • Update shipping addresses

through the customer subscription portal at any time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To avoid future charges, subscription cancellations, pauses, skips, or modifications must be submitted at least three (3) days before the next scheduled billing date.

Requests submitted after a renewal order has been processed may not prevent the order from shipping.

Once a renewal order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

The XARA Shilajit 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to a customer's initial subscription purchase.

Subscription renewal orders are not eligible for refund once processed or shipped.

Customers who wish to avoid future charges must cancel their subscription before the next billing date.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment attempt fails, we may automatically retry the payment method on file.

XARA Shilajit reserves the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions with unresolved payment issues.

PRICE CHANGES

Subscription pricing, discounts, shipping rates, and promotional offers may change at any time.

Any changes will apply to future subscription renewals.

FRAUD & ABUSE

XARA Shilajit reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate subscriptions at our discretion in cases involving:

  • Fraud

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Excessive refund requests

  • Policy abuse

  • Unauthorized account activity

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute relating to a subscription purchase, renewal, billing, cancellation, or refund shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and resolved in accordance with the Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver contained in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing a subscription from XARA Shilajit, you acknowledge that:

  • You are enrolling in a recurring billing program.

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically according to your selected delivery frequency.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Renewal orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

  • You have read and agree to these Subscription Terms.
